Cooking with Champagne Class

In this class Fleur will show you how to use the unique flavours of Champagne to create a truly memorable meal.  You will learn how to make, as well as taste:

  • Seared Scallops with Champagne Truffle Cream
  • Champagne Risotto
  • Champagne Sorbet

Price: $130pp

In addition to tastings, all guests will be served a glass of champagne to enjoy while watching the class and a recipe booklet to take home

Note: Catering for food intolerances is not possible for this class.
